Flowery Dress

I thought it would be a GREAT idea to make a girl in a dress.
not so great after all.
The blankish looking part between the dress and her collar is supposed to be lace, but idk how to make it seem actually visible so it looks like she has a dress bonded to the collar using only two dimensional lines. Magical. The dress pattern isn't mine either, as I am exceptionally untalented in the art of pattern making. Also I'm a genius and I lost the pattern source if anyone can find the source please tell me and I will love you forever god bless your kind soul
